A
company’s success is not solely dependent on their customers and the products
that is being sold. A major portion of the success has to be contributed to the
employees working so hard to bring the company to the zenith of its success.

and make sure they are comfortable working in your company. An unsatisfied
employee means less productivity and therefore means loss in business. On the

customers in Hong Kong. It will be a great platform where the employees
will be able to express what they genuinely think about their work culture and
express their grievances (if any). Often employees feel compelled to mellow
down the actual issues and compromise because they feel that will help them
save them their job. What they do not understand is if they are comfortable in
